The successful candidate will contribute to the efficient operation of the school office, with a focus on supporting the Child Study Team and ensuring accurate handling of important meetings, reports, and communications.

Responsibilities
Schedule team meetings and prepare agendas
Type and format reports, IEPs, and related documents
Provide clerical support for Media Center functions as needed
Compile data and support school projects at the principal's request
Handle incoming phone calls and direct messages to the appropriate staff
Offer administrative support to the school nurse when needed
Qualification
Required
Minimum of a high school diploma or its equivalent
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills necessary for the handling of highly confidential information and providing high quality service both internally and externally
Effective time management, problem-solving, organizational, and written and verbal skills
Experience with computer applications, e.g., Microsoft Office, as well as familiarity with the Google suite and other web-based applications
Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new procedures, computer applications, and software systems, including those currently used and ones adopted by the district
Ability to work independently as appropriate, analyze a situation accurately, and implement an effective course of action
Ability to work effectively as a team member and to collaborate on group projects to ensure their successful completion
