RN MDS Assistant

Responsibilities

The MDS Assistant is responsible for the completion of the Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI) and the interdisciplinary care planning process while ensuring compliance with state and federal regulatory requirements
Attention to detail and strong clinical assessment skills
The ability to develop plans of care that are consistent with the resident’s needs
Promote communication and interdisciplinary approaches to resident care
Create a comforting and engaging atmosphere for our residents

Required

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
Two years of professional nursing experience in long-term care, acute care, restorative care or geriatric nursing setting
Demonstrates C.A.R.E. values to our residents, family members, customers and staff. Compassion, Accountability, Relationships and Excellence

Preferred

One to three years of experience in MDS completion preferred
