Responsibilities
Collaborate with sales stakeholders to define, prioritize, and deliver Salesforce-based business solutions
Generate, modify, and present reports within Salesforce (e.g., Accounts by geography, sales dashboards, lead reports)
Configure Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud features to meet business needs
Conduct mockups using Figma or similar tools to prototype Salesforce features for sales teams
Facilitate requirement-gathering sessions and document functional and technical specifications
Support integration between Salesforce and other platforms (ERP, marketing automation, etc.)
Train users and support adoption of new Salesforce features
Manage Salesforce customization using standard tools and frameworks (e.g., Flows, LWC configuration, page layouts)
Design dashboards and reporting tools to provide visibility into key sales and service metrics
Qualification
Required
10+ years experience as a Salesforce business analyst or functional architect
Deep expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud; end-to-end implementation experience required
Functional focus with technical fluency: knows how to configure Salesforce without being a full-time developer
Experience working directly with sales teams to identify business requirements and translate them into scalable solutions
Strong experience creating mockups/prototypes using Figma or similar tools
Advanced skills in report building, data exporting, and dashboard design within Salesforce
Familiarity with SOQL, data import/export tools, and LWC framework configurations
Excellent communication skills and proven ability to work with executive stakeholders and development teams
Demonstrated leadership in Agile/Scrum environments
Preferred
Strong business acumen and strategic thinking
Ability to translate non-technical requirements into elegant, user-focused Salesforce solutions
Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable handling multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
Proven success in user training and driving platform adoption
Bonus: Experience with CPQ, Experience Cloud, or third-party Salesforce app integrations
