Office Manager
Express Employment Professionals is a well-established plumbing contractor in Central Wisconsin seeking a reliable and organized Office Manager. The role involves managing daily office operations, service scheduling, and serving as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring efficient administrative systems and customer interactions.

Responsibilities
Act independently within assigned responsibilities while supporting a collaborative, team-oriented office environment
Manage and improve the business’s information management and administrative systems
Serve as the primary point of contact for client phone calls and emails, providing cordial and professional customer interactions
Open and manage work requests, service jobs, and quotes (quotes are written by others)
Schedule and coordinate service calls and technician workloads
Call in Digger’s Hotline tickets as required
File and organize office documentation, including:
Receipts, invoices, payments, and client information
Scanned and electronic records
Enter checks and complete data entry tasks accurately
Coordinate routine office activities, including:
Preparing deposits
Making supplier payments
Assisting with weekly and monthly administrative tasks
Use QuickBooks and CRM/office management software to support daily operations
Assist the owner and manager/sales team with execution of daily tasks
Support special projects, organizational improvements, and administrative needs as they arise
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent required
Leadership positions within an organization or leading a small team, Military leadership positions highly valued

QuickBooks experience preferred, but not mandatory
Transferable skills from office administration, scheduling, bookkeeping, or customer service are strongly valued
