Execute on the transformation of the finance function to support the new business operating structure and integrate diverse units brought together through acquisition
Have full responsibility for financial reporting as a strategic partner to the CFO
Manage financial reporting and metrics across a multi-location, distributed business model
Implement best practices in the accounting function
Recruit and augment a high-performance team
Qualification
Required
Experience leading multi-unit, multi-location operations
Demonstrated success building and developing finance and accounting functions and teams
Experience in a growing and transforming, fast-paced entrepreneurial environment
Strong people management skills
Ability to implement best practices in the accounting function
Experience managing financial reporting and metrics across a multi-location, distributed business model
Preferred
CPA certification
Experience in public accounting before moving into industry roles
