The Paralegal will work exclusively on a team defending automobile manufacturers, distributors, and dealers in warranty actions, handling various tasks including drafting legal documents and managing litigation files.

Collecting, organizing, and summarizing medical and other records including production and discovery responses

Assisting with all phases of discovery and trial preparation

Managing commercial litigation files from intake to settlement

Required

3+ years of experience as a Paralegal
