Responsibilities
Take charge of addressing security risks by collaborating with diverse teams, leading meetings, allocating and monitoring tasks, and generating reports
Facilitate and align user and team expectations, ensuring adherence to schedules and service level agreements (SLAs)
Participate in incident response involving assessment, communication, escalation, and review of root cause analyses when required
Advocate for project management and cybersecurity standards across the organization
Demonstrate team leadership to organize and steer project, initiative, and vulnerability management efforts
Qualification
Required
5+ years of project management experience
Experience overseeing and executing information security projects and plans
Comprehension of technical concepts within information security operations
Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Preferred
Experience in the Insurance, Banking, or Insurance Brokerage sectors
Global team collaboration experience
PMP or other project management certification
