Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive investigations into employee complaints, grievances, and allegations of misconduct
Document findings and prepare detailed reports with recommendations for resolution
Provide guidance to managers and employees on employee relations issues, policies, and procedures
Facilitate and mediate conflict resolution between employees and/or management
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
Assist in developing and implementing employee relations strategies to enhance workplace culture and employee satisfaction
Participate in HR projects and initiatives as needed
Qualification
Required
Must be at least 18 years old with a High School diploma or equivalent
Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrated ability to conduct effective and impartial investigations
Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
High level of professionalism and integrity
Willingness to work some holidays, evenings, and weekends as required
Preferred
1 year of experience in employee relations, HR investigations, or a similar role
