ICT Service Desk Team Leader

NHS Ayrshire & Arran is looking to recruit an ICT Service Desk Team Leader to contribute to the daily operations of their ICT Servicedesk. The role involves leading and motivating the team to ensure excellent service provision to ICT users throughout the Scottish Ambulance Service.

Responsibilities

To contribute to the running of day-to-day operations within the ICT Servicedesk
To assist in the provision of Servicedesk ICT users throughout Scottish Ambulance Service (SAS)
To actively lead, motivate, and contribute to the ICT Servicedesk Team
To ensure the continued provision of an excellent level of service to SAS
To deliver duties and support services in a reliable, dependable manner always ensuring customer satisfaction
To assist ICT users

Qualification

Required

Education to degree level, preferably in the ICT field or an equivalent level of knowledge
Good knowledge of Microsoft 365
Excellent communication skills
Ability to assist ICT users
Good team skills

Legal permission to work in the UK without requiring sponsorship
