Develop and implement strategic project management plans

Required

Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 8 years of prior relevant experience unless prohibited by local laws/regulations

Experience with Project Management, including the ability to develop SWD project plans in a manufacturing environment, scheduling, manage R&Os, and lead cross-functional teams to successful project completion

Experience developing business cases and Return on Investment (ROI) analyses

The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance

Preferred

Raytheon Project Management level 6 certification and/or PMP certification

Experience managing budgets including EV techniques

Understanding of Agile methodologies

Experience with Product management tools (DevOps, MS Project)

Knowledge of transition to production of software products, automation systems or similar

Experience with Capital funding

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization

Knowledge of Surveillance business sector, have established relationships with leaders, and be familiar with the product lines, customer base, and manufacturing operations
