Responsibilities

Make great first impressions with our members by leading on-site, onboarding visits in members' homes
Complete scheduled maintenance and repairs for our members’ homes -- you'll be completing this work yourself initially
Win/manage subcontracted project business on behalf of our members (e.g. driveway reseals, HVAC systems, hardscaping, window washing, gutter cleaning, etc.)
Build and maintain positive vendor relationships for sub-contracted services
Provide great service and communication with our members
Solve customer challenges and implement new processes in the market
Support the hiring/training of new Technicians and Home Managers

Qualification

Required

Hands-on experience in home maintenance, repair, or general contracting
Ability to lead on-site, onboarding visits in members' homes
Capability to complete scheduled maintenance and repairs for members' homes
Experience in managing subcontracted project business
Ability to build and maintain positive vendor relationships for sub-contracted services
Strong service and communication skills with members
Problem-solving skills to address customer challenges and implement new processes
Experience in hiring/training new Technicians and Home Managers
Self-starter who thrives in fast-moving environments
Demonstrated willingness to go above and beyond for customers and team members
Strong leadership qualities to inspire the team and guide the business
