Responsibilities
Assist with project due diligence, including market research and preliminary budgeting
Help track development schedules and update timelines for key milestones
Coordinate and gather bids for pre-construction activities
Support permit applications and organize documentation for approvals
Contribute to project reporting and participate in team meetings
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or construction management
Strong communicator with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Energetic, resourceful, and eager to learn in a hands-on environment
Able to approach problems both logically and creatively
Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
