Territory Manager
Spray Equipment & Service Center is dedicated to promoting positivity and establishing trusted connections. They are seeking a Territory Manager for the Greater Sacramento area who will primarily be responsible for securing new business and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities
Maintain and grow assigned territory by generating product and business solutions for customers
Develop strong relationships with customers through timely, regular visits
Respond promptly to inquiries and seek out and call upon industrial contractors and industrial plants to identify their needs, to create product demand and close the sale
Increase sales volume by staying current with changing trends, economic indicators, competitor’s strategies and supply and demand
Creates opportunities to visit the customers’ facilities so as to quote on customer’s requirements
Provide all facets of sales support by answering phone calls, emails and texts
The sales representative is expected to expand the Company footprint to new prospects in terms of geography
Provide training to technicians and customers on application equipment and process
Perform customer demonstrations or system validations
Perform paint process assessments
Provide technical expertise and assurance to customers during sales appointments
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree; degree in business, engineering, marketing or technical field preferred
Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, internet, Word, and Excel
Must have excellent customer service skills
Effective written, oral and presentation communication skills
Ability to work successfully without close supervision
Must be detailed oriented
Valid driver's license
Preferred
2-3 years of industrial paint or Industry related sales experience preferred
