Partnerships Manager
Just Salad is a fast-casual restaurant chain committed to health and sustainability. They are seeking a Partnership Manager to oversee new and existing partnerships, support partnership strategies, and collaborate with internal teams to drive brand growth.
Responsibilities
Support the company’s partnership strategy and own execution for all partnership activations
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key partners
Collaborate with internal teams (operations, supply chain, etc) to execute partnership strategies
Pitch & secure new partnership opportunities that drive brand growth
Monitor and report on the performance of certain key partnerships
Support the Director of Brand Marketing in negotiating partnership agreements & developing unique marketing plans
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field
2-3 years of experience in brand partnerships
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to manage relationships between internal and external stakeholders
Have a deep understanding of cultural relevancy & an ability to identify opportunities and push the brand further
Thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with a high-volume workload often requiring short turnaround times
