Manager, Talent Management
Havas Media Network is seeking a Manager, Talent Management to join their People Experience team. This role involves supporting leaders and employees in talent management strategies, employee relations, and performance management while fostering engagement and organizational effectiveness.
Responsibilities
Partner closely with People Experience leadership and leaders across the organization to support and drive talent management strategies that foster engagement, performance, and organizational effectiveness
Provide hands-on guidance and coaching on employee relations, performance management, accommodations, investigations support, corrective action, and career development for employees from entry level through middle management
Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and leaders, exercising sound judgment and discretion while navigating sensitive employee matters and complex people decisions
Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across disciplines and levels, influencing decisions with confidence, clarity, and credibility
Manage workload independently while operating as a strong team contributor—proactively identifying needs, anticipating challenges, and assuming additional responsibilities as appropriate
Lead and support people-related initiatives end-to-end, including setting timelines, aligning stakeholders, managing dependencies, and delivering results in a dynamic environment
Support performance, promotion, and talent calibration processes in partnership with Px leadership, ensuring consistency, fairness, and clear communication
Conduct exit interviews and synthesize insights into actionable themes and recommendations
Analyze people data across performance, engagement, attrition, and workforce trends; translate insights into clear narratives and decision-ready recommendations for leaders
Partner with internal stakeholders and external counsel to support visa and immigration processes across levels, ensuring compliance, clear communication, and a strong employee experience
Lead and facilitate New Hire Orientation, using strong presence and presentation skills to connect with new employees and reinforce the agency’s culture and expectations
Provide support and coaching to junior staff member(s), ensuring that workflow and task execution are flawless, efficient, and accurate which fosters a high performing team environment
Contribute to the development and refinement of Px programs, policies, manager toolkits, and resources that support leaders and employees through change and growth
