Support patent disputes involving emerging and existing tech
Draft pleadings, briefs, and motions in federal court, the ITC, and PTAB
Conduct legal research and draft memoranda
Participate in fact and expert discovery, including depositions
Prepare for and attend hearings, trials, and other proceedings
Collaborate across offices top-tier IP litigators
Qualification
Required
JD from a top-tier law school
2–7 years of patent litigation experience at a top firm or boutique
Undergrad and/or advanced degree in computer, mechanical, or electrical engineering, computer science, physics, or the like
Active license to practice law; USPTO registration is a plus
