Responsibilities
Manage & Deliver Enablement Programs: Implement customized enablement and training programs for global distribution, leveraging technology platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Seismic)
Project Management: Plan, execute, and oversee strategic, Enablement projects from inception to completion, including scope, budget, resource allocation, and communication plans
Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with internal client groups, business divisions, and departments globally
Training & Curriculum Development: Create role-based curricula, manage the development of instructional materials, and deliver live and virtual training sessions to diverse audiences
Strategic Analysis & Reporting: Analyze project and program effectiveness, create metrics to measure success, and report progress/issues to sponsors and steering committees
Resource & Budget Management: Monitor project budgets and resource needs, escalate issues, gaps and needs
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
6–8+ years of experience in financial services, project management, and/or enablement/training
Experience managing strategic, cross-functional projects and developing/delivering training programs
Strong presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively across all organizational levels
Proficiency with Salesforce, Seismic, and project management tools
Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and project management skills
Deep understanding of Salesforce, Seismic and Tableau
Experience developing on-demand training content and Enablement programs
Agile experience
Preferred
Master's degree or equivalent preferred but not required
