Lead and supervise the customer service team to ensure high-quality support and prompt resolution of inquiries across multiple channels

Manage daily call center operations, including scheduling, workflow management, and resource allocation
Train, mentor, and evaluate team members to foster professional growth and maintain high standards of customer service

Required

Proven experience in managing call centers or customer service teams with a strong emphasis on leadership and supervision

Demonstrated ability to analyze data effectively to inform decision-making and process improvements

Experience in supervising teams within fast-paced environments while maintaining high morale and motivation
Knowledge of customer service best practices along with proficiency in relevant management tools and CRM systems
