Senior Graphic Designer, Expanded Core

They are seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to create digital-first work for campaigns, CRM, and in-app placements, collaborating with cross-functional teams to elevate the quality of their creative output.

Responsibilities
Contribute to concepting and visual development for campaigns and CRM moments
Translate concepts into polished, platform-native executions that ladder into broader campaign ideas
Develop high-quality design assets across channels—static, light motion, and short-form edits—delivered quickly across channels and optimized for performance and clarity
Adapt and version creative for multiple placements and formats while maintaining consistency and craft
Creates work that feels fresh, intentional, and aligned with campaign and brand direction
Collaborate with cross-functional partners to support campaign needs from brief through idea to execution
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience in brand, digital, or social design within fast-paced creative environments
Strong visual craft with a portfolio that shows standout digital design, campaign thinking, and social-first storytelling
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and working knowledge of Figma
Comfort experimenting with AI image tools (Midjourney or similar) to support visual exploration
Deep understanding of typography, composition, and channel-specific best practices for social and paid
Ability to work fast without sacrificing detail—comfortable prioritizing, versioning, and iterating
