Responsibilities

Provide operational support for HCP marketing projects, coordinating deliverables, timelines, and the promotional review process
Assist with the execution of fall national HCP conferences, including preparing associated deliverables/promotional materials
Support preparations for a mid-year sales meeting, including material/workshop development and coordination tasks
Manage the HCP team’s weekly tracker to monitor progress and flag timeline challenges
Lead an independent research project requiring cross-functional networking

Required

Undergraduate junior and senior level students
No specific major required, but preference will be given to Business, Marketing, or Life Science disciplines
Candidates must have an expected graduation date after August 2026
Ability to demonstrate strong organizational and communication skills, such as coursework in marketing or business, involvement in student organizations, or prior internships/work experience is required
Ability to report onsite to Boston, MA 3-5 days per week
US Work Authorization is required at time of application
This role will not be providing CPT support

Preferred

Exposure to event planning, research projects, collaborative work, managing timelines and coordinating deliverables
