Responsibilities

Study toward a fully funded, nationally recognized qualification while gaining paid work experience

Spend most of your week training with in-house industry experts and part of your week in classes

Rotate through various engineering teams, including manufacturing, packaging, maintenance utilities, and automation

Develop mechanical, electrical, control, and instrumentation skills

Learn to maintain production, packaging, and service equipment

Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot breakdowns

Assist with designing, installing, and testing new equipment

Required

Must be 18 years old by August 1, 2025

Must have a high school diploma or equivalent by June 2026

Willing to enroll in a partnering community college or technical institution for an Associate's Degree in Electrical Systems Technology

Ability to commute daily to the Haleon worksite and instruction facility

Completed High School Algebra and Geometry or equivalent

College students with 30 credits or less are eligible
