Responsibilities
Develop and implement multi-channel social media strategies aligned with client objectives, leveraging the Hotwire Way planning blueprint
Ensure timely, high-quality execution of organic, paid, and influencer campaigns across platforms
Mentor managers and associates; foster collaboration across diverse teams and workstyles
Partner with creative, PR, research, and paid media teams to deliver integrated solutions
Interpret performance data to provide actionable insights and optimize campaigns for maximum impact
Serve as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders; lead planning sessions and quarterly reviews
Contribute to proposals, pitches, and identify organic growth opportunities within existing accounts
Stay ahead of social trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies; share insights with clients and internal teams
Qualification
Required
6–8 years in social media or digital marketing roles, preferably in an agency setting
Proven track record of managing complex social media campaigns and driving measurable results
Experience in developing integrated strategies and leading cross-functional teams
Advanced knowledge of social platforms, algorithms, and best practices
Strong strategic thinking and ability to connect social tactics to business goals
Proficiency in analytics tools and ability to translate data into insights
Excellent leadership and team development skills
Exceptional communication and presentation abilities
