Responsibilities

Gain hands-on experience in process improvement and operational efficiency
Data analytics and visualization
Cross-functional collaboration within a global organization
Executive-level communication and reporting
Drive process improvements and conduct root cause analysis to enhance Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Research and analyze data to support supply chain risk resiliency strategies
Perform spend analysis, supplier evaluations, and contribute to inventory optimization and vendor negotiations
Identify and implement automation solutions to streamline procurement processes and improve operational efficiency

Required

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
Expected graduation between December 2026 and June 2027
Candidates who do not require relocation to the San Jose, CA area will be prioritized

Preferred

Experience in data analytics, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Familiarity with Python, SQL, and data visualization tools is a plus
Exposure to supply chain or procurement concepts through coursework or prior experience
Strong program/project management capabilities
Excellent prioritization, time management, and organizational skills
