Responsibilities
Support recurring team functions such as journal entries, deposit verification, and balance sheet schedule preparation (training provided as needed)
Analyze and compare data to identify trends, errors, or anomalies in financial records
Maintain organized documentation to support business transactions and ensure compliance
Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve inquiries and escalate issues as needed, using strong communication skills
Participate in internal projects and cross-functional initiatives, leveraging project management or analytical expertise
Uphold internal controls, quality standards, and the company’s values of adaptability, service, and continuous improvement
Perform related duties or support other team members as requested
Qualification
Required
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and with 10-key computer keyboard
Customer focus and teamwork
Adaptability and willingness to learn new skills
Analytical thinking and problem-solving
Project coordination or process improvement experience valued
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting, Project Management, or related field preferred
Experience in business analysis, project coordination, or related roles is a plus
2-5 years applicable experience
