Client Support Coordinator
CarePayment is a leading patient engagement and financial company. The Client Support Coordinator is responsible for assisting the Client Support Team with clerical and account maintenance duties, helping clients resolve patient account issues, and ensuring data accuracy.
Responsibilities
Assist with daily operational tasks such as cardholder inquiries from the Customer Care team, processing rejected accounts, accounting maintenance and running and distributing reports
Update and maintain various Client Support databases to ensure accurate and consistent data
Perform special projects related to operations and perform other administrative duties as required
Qualification
Required
Associate's degree or equivalent work experience
Computer, software and typing (speed and accuracy) proficiency
Two+ years of work experience in customer support, billing or banking, preferably in healthcare or financial services
Experience/skills in using and learning computer applications and working in multiple systems. MS office and MS Excel required
Active listening with the goal of providing exceptional service
Accurate typing with speed and proficiency
Dedication to exceptional, professional client-centric service through solution orientation, attention to detail, follow-up and effective communication
Excellent communication (verbal and written in English; feedback, listening and comprehension), documentation, detail and time management skills (prioritizing and multitasking). Ability to communicate complex information and ideas to others so they will understand
Ability to build rapport and work productively and professionally with others (clients and teammates); ability to work independently, professionally and with confidentiality
Strong sense of initiative and ownership over work and ability to adapt focus and work as necessary. Ability to work effectively and complete assigned tasks with minimal supervision. Flexibility with changing procedures and goals
Ability to be receptive to coaching and feedback and to apply to work
Preferred
Knowledge of HIPAA and/or financial privacy requirements
