Service Account Manager | Sacramento Branch
Air Systems, Inc. is a leading provider of mechanical and electrical construction, facilities services, and energy infrastructure. They are seeking a Service Account Manager responsible for generating new business and expanding existing client relationships through the sale of service agreements and building automation. The role requires strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities while ensuring seamless execution of contracts and projects.

Responsibilities
Develop new business opportunities within assigned geographic regions
Generate leads for service agreements, retrofits, modernization projects, plumbing service and building automation
Conduct customer visits, building surveys, and job walks to assess client needs
Prepare and present proposals, estimates, and service solutions
Collaborate with internal teams (Service Operations) to ensure seamless execution of contracts and projects
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and opportunities in CRM systems
Participate in contract reviews, work-in-progress meetings, and industry networking events
Qualification
Required
Minimum 5–7 years in HVAC service sales, account management, or related building systems industry
Strong understanding of HVAC systems, preventive maintenance agreements, and Building Automation
Proven ability to generate leads, close deals, and maintain long-term client relationships
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to present solutions clearly and persuasively
Ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in business, Mechanical Engineering, or related field preferred; equivalent experience accepted
