Responsibilities

Assist with daily shipping and receiving activities, including tracking, packing, and unpacking shipments
Enter data accurately into inventory and shipping systems
Manage packing and labeling for outgoing shipments
Unpack and organize incoming items, ensuring quality and accuracy
Provide excellent customer service for shipping inquiries and issues
Maintain organization in the shipping and receiving area

Basic computer skills, data entry, familiarity with shipping software is a plus
