Responsibilities
Leverage syndicated and internal data to uncover actionable insights that shape brand, category, and channel strategies
Develop data-driven forecasts and scenario plans for new product innovations
Lead projects from ideation to market launch, partnering cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, R&D, and Finance
Partner with Consumer Insights to create research plans that inform innovation decisions
Track US and global food trends to inspire disruptive product development
Manage the marketing innovation budget and ensure projects are delivered on time
Mentor rotating graduate program marketing team members
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
4–6+ years of experience in CPG, with a proven track record in innovation and new product development
Strong business acumen and ability to link data (Nielsen, IRI, SPINS) to commercial outcomes
Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Experience in consumer products sold through retail, preferably food and beverage
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (up to 25%)
Self-motivated, energetic, and passionate about high-quality food
