Inbound Call Center Sales Rep
The Solutions Center is looking for motivated and outgoing individuals to join their team as Inbound Call Center Sales Reps. In this role, you will be the primary contact for clients, driving revenue through sales opportunities while providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
Use scripts to identify customer needs for our products and services, and proactively address customer concerns
Handle inbound calls from prospective customers with a friendly, professional, and ethical approach
Answer client questions, resolve issues, and provide support regarding products or services
Work collaboratively with our team to achieve collective success
Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services to existing clients
Meet or exceed sales quotas and objectives
Bring energy and persistence to every call — every conversation is an opportunity!
Update customer information in CRM systems, maintaining accurate records of interactions and sales activities
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or GED required
Ability to follow sales scripts and handle objections with confidence
Strong understanding of customer service practices
Must adhere to company policies and procedures for attendance and attire
Excellent communication: Clearly articulate information both verbally and in writing
Strong interpersonal: Build rapport with clients and establish trust quickly
Problem-solving: Identify and resolve client issues effectively
Sales acumen: Understand sales cycles, negotiation techniques, and how to close deals
Customer focus: Prioritize client satisfaction and provide top-tier support
Organizational: Manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively
Tech-savvy: Comfortable using CRM and digital tools for tracking and follow-up
Preferred
Experience in sales, account management, or a related role
Familiarity with CRM software
