Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations of the store to include team coaching, inventory control, and labor control
Opening and closing the store/balancing the cash drawers
General Sales Clerk duties to ensure store is clean, organized, and well stocked
Cashier/Cash handling
Freight Handling/Forklift operation
Assist customers with product selection and load outs
Handling phone calls
Qualification
Required
Must be 21 years or older
Product knowledge
Merchandising skills/experience
Clear and concise communication skills
Administrative and computer skills to process paperwork
Detail oriented/Organizational skills
Must be able to lift 50 lbs. on a regular basis
Committed to excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
Must be available to work flexible schedules - days, evenings, weekends (shift premium paid for working weekends)
Pre-employment drug screen and applicable background check required
Preferred
Retail and management experience preferred but training available
