Responsibilities

Prepare periodic reports for Sub-Advised and Separately Managed Accounts and support marketing materials
Conduct data quality checks for performance reporting and validate data sets across internal systems
Maintain mapping files, dashboards, and reporting tools for custom analytics. (FactSet, Bloomberg)
Manage team calendars, meetings, agendas, and documentation, ensuring deadlines are met
Support onboarding of new team members and facilitate access to systems and tools
Identify process improvements, develop SOPs, and help optimize team workflows
Coordinate with other departments to support operational initiatives and internal events
