Digital Marketing Sales - Account Manager

Responsibilities
Answering incoming calls, emails, and web chats from potential customers
Identifying customer needs and providing relevant product or service information
Conducting product demonstrations and providing quotes or pricing information
Closing sales and onboarding new clients
Following up with customers after sales to ensure satisfaction and identify upsell opportunities
Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity in a CRM system
Collaborating with marketing and product teams to provide feedback on customer needs and preferences
Continuously learning about products and industry trends to provide up-to-date information to customers
Meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas
Work with designers, developers, writers, and marketers
Collaborate with other client service teams on co-managed clients: SEO, web services, social media, CRO & email marketing
Delegate & manage tasks in our project management portal
Communicate to prospective clients via email, call, and video conferencing
Lead meetings such as Sales strategy and implementation calls
Qualification
Required
Self-driven Account Manager
Ability to answer incoming calls, emails, and web chats from potential customers
Ability to identify customer needs and provide relevant product or service information
Ability to conduct product demonstrations and provide quotes or pricing information
Ability to close sales and onboard new clients
Ability to follow up with customers after sales to ensure satisfaction and identify upsell opportunities

1+ years' experience working as an account manager or related sales role

Bachelor's degree
Digital marketing: 1 year
