Responsibilities
Achieve or exceed monthly / yearly sales goals
Drive new sales opportunities
Maintain strong relationships with key accounts
Communicate range of product and service offerings to key and target accounts
Maintain an excellent understanding of market drivers and customer business processes
Facilitate customer inquiries and coordinate them with Inside Sales, Engineering, Operations, and other departments
Conduct solution presentations to key and target accounts
Provide regular, accurate sales forecasting
Collaborate with external Engineers and Consultants to specify our products
Maintain an excellent understanding of competitor strengths and weaknesses
Qualification
Required
4-year college degree or equivalent work experience
5-10 years of sales experience, preferably with water well or related industries
Experience and familiarity with custom manufacturing equipment
Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communications skills
Strong organizational skills
Excellent customer follow-up and responsiveness skills
Ability to work independently, manage a territory
Outstanding relationship-building skills
Ability to interact with all levels of management
Excellent understanding of technical concepts
Ability to travel up to 50%
Preferred
Salesforce contact management software experience, a plus
Extensive experience with MS Office productivity tools (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
