The Project Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative and analytical support to ensure accurate revenue capture by verifying subcontractor invoices and collaborating with various stakeholders to foster strong professional relationships.

Responsibilities
Research sub-contractor costs through Metaviewer and Dynamics portals
Assist in researching revenue and work in progress regarding sub-contractor work
Communicate with external customers through DocuSign, phone, and email
Capturing critical metrics through documentation for multiple departments
Produce weekly reports for internal management and external customers
Create reports and track revenue impacting metrics
Assist Program Manager with documentation of new procedures and processes
Track documentation training for field employees
Cultivate strong relationships with all depts within the organization and regarding neighboring depts as internal customers & act accordingly
Assist with maintaining document retention policies
Assist with projects and customer commitments
Qualification
Required
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to interpret and analyze complex financial data
Strong organizational and time-management abilities to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Proven ability to build and maintain effective relationships with internal teams, customers, subcontractors, and vendors
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
High level of integrity and discretion when handling confidential information
Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Preferred
Experience with accounting or ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks)
Familiarity with revenue recognition principles and general accounting practices
