Responsibilities
Engage in supportive, professional direct client contact daily
Execute client fundraising campaigns through data enhancement and audience segmentation efforts
Assist in designing and enhancing reports, including layouts and formats, to aid fundraising efforts
Manage and maintain workflow documentation on assigned projects and meet established deadlines
Oversee automated data feeds to and from client database
Lead client training sessions on proprietary software functionality
Assist the team in testing proprietary software
Participate in training seminars and/or webinars as required
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 5 years of industry experience
Bachelor's degree required
Proficient in MS Office Suite
Knowledge of Fundraising software a must
A minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience
