Events Manager, Trade Show
One Inc is a rapidly growing digital payments platform in the insurance industry. They are seeking an Events Manager, Trade Show to coordinate event logistics and drive lead generation through various events, ensuring alignment with marketing and sales goals.

Responsibilities
Coordinate all event logistics and services for a wide range of event types, including internal company events, tradeshows, customer/partner conferences, incentive trips, webinars, executive thought leadership speaking opportunities, and more
Develop and execute strategies to drive lead acquisition through events, ensuring alignment with overall marketing and sales goals
Manage the end-to-end lead generation process for events, including pre-event promotion, lead capture during events, and post-event follow-up
Track, analyze, and report on event performance metrics, with a focus on lead generation, conversion rates, and ROI
Manage event budgets and ensure events stay within guidelines; ensure vendors are paid
Exhibit excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously
Coordinate with internal stakeholders, vendors, partners, customers, and exhibitors to ensure seamless event execution
Effectively manage 3rd party consultants and external resources
Source and purchase company promotional items and gifts
Focus on driving leads and tracking results to support business growth
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices for event-based lead generation
Be available to travel to industry shows to execute onsite logistics and oversee lead capture efforts when appropriate
Qualification
Required
At least 10 years of previous events-related experience
Proven track record of driving successful event results
Strong focus on lead generation and acquisition
Detail-oriented and results-driven
Lead-focused mindset
Coordinate all event logistics and services for a wide range of event types
Develop and execute strategies to drive lead acquisition through events
Manage the end-to-end lead generation process for events
