Responsibilities

Support daily accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, expense processing, and transaction management

Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, and support month-end and year-end close

Manage customer invoicing, collections, and aging while resolving discrepancies

Maintain accurate records for inventory, fixed assets, and cost allocations across manufacturing sites

Assist with audit and tax documentation and ensure strong internal controls

Help maintain clean, well-documented audit trails within the ERP system

Partner with plant operations to ensure accurate inventory, production, and shipment cut-offs

Support the Controller and CFO with ad hoc financial analysis and projects

Identify opportunities to improve processes, automation, and system workflows, particularly in NetSuite

Qualification

Required

Associate or bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience

2–4 years of relevant accounting or finance experience

Strong working knowledge of U.S. GAAP

High integrity, sound judgment, and professional skepticism

Analytical and detail-oriented with the ability to think critically

Comfortable working independently and taking ownership

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial systems

Preferred

Experience with NetSuite, manufacturing, or startups is a plus, not a requirement
