Responsibilities

Own end-to-end client business strategy projects, including execution and delivery
Identify and nurture multi-level client relationships to enhance satisfaction and retention
Develop tailored strategic plans based on client needs for achieving business goals
Deliver client-specific insights and data-driven recommendations using PSG's research
Lead coordination of procurement and RFP processes, including vendor selection and contract execution
Negotiate terms for new and renewing vendor contracts to ensure compliance and value
Engage in program development that addresses client and market needs through internal collaboration

Required

3-5 years of experience in pharmacy benefit management, pharmacy, or managed care environments
Proven ability to develop and execute strategies for large client Rx and medical benefit programs
Competence in creating client-facing communications using Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
Exceptional organizational skills with the capability to work independently
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with experience in client relationship management across different seniority levels
Financial analysis proficiency using Microsoft Excel is essential
Bachelor's degree in a related field

MBA or PharmD/RPh
