Phaxis is seeking a Senior Collections Litigation Manager to lead consumer and real estate loan collections, oversee litigation strategy, and manage special assets. This role is responsible for minimizing portfolio losses, resolving troubled loans, and managing ORE properties while partnering closely with legal counsel, lenders, and senior leadership.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop collections and special assets teams across consumer and real estate portfolios

Design and execute collection, workout, and litigation strategies for delinquent and impaired loans

Oversee loan workouts, restructurings, foreclosures, and litigation activity

Manage ORE properties from acquisition through disposition

Partner with internal stakeholders and outside counsel on complex credit and legal matters

Monitor classified loans and provide regular reporting to executive management

Hire, coach, and evaluate team members; set performance goals and ensure regulatory compliance
