Responsibilities
Support monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes
Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, and supporting schedules
Assist with multi-entity and international consolidations
Support internal and external audits and SOX-related documentation
Contribute to management reporting and SEC-style filings (10-Q/10-K/MD&A)
Support AP/AR processes and transaction reconciliations
Participate in ERP improvements and financial process automation
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
4–6+ years of accounting experience
Strong knowledge of US GAAP
Advanced Excel skills
Fluent English
Availability to work full-time on-site in Miami (Wynwood)
Preferred
Experience with SEC-style reporting and SOX
Spanish is a plus
Experience in tech, SaaS, payments, or financial services
Audit background (Big Four a plus)
Knowledge of ASC 606 and/or Sage Intacct
Experience in fast-growing environments
