Responsibilities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements for the global audit processes
Analyze and interpret complex data to streamline workflows and technology enhancement initiatives
Act as a liaison between stakeholders, ensuring alignment of project deliverables with client expectations
Contribute to the creation of process improvement initiatives, project plans, and operational strategies
Provide support for the implementation and integration of new technology solutions within the audit framework
Prepare and deliver presentations and reports to stakeholders, including senior management
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as a Business Analyst with expertise in business analysis and consulting
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Proficiency in tools and methodologies used for business process mapping and documentation
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a dynamic project environment
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field; advanced degree or certification is a plus
Preferred
Knowledge of technology and engineering practices in audit, financial, or consulting sectors is preferred
