Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of multi-team, business-facing ETF and asset management projects
Gather requirements, align stakeholders, translate between business and technology teams, and drive execution
Manage project plans, risks, issues, dependencies, and deliverables
Facilitate meetings, communicate status to leadership, and ensure alignment across functions
Support implementation, rollout planning, and issue resolution
Build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels
Travel to headquarters as needed (2–3 times per year)

Required

8+ years of project management experience within financial services
Strong preference for asset management experience; ETF experience a plus
Proven experience managing senior stakeholders and delivering complex, high-visibility projects
Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical and business concepts
Strong critical thinking, analytical skills, and ability to 'connect the dots.'
Hands-on, self-starter mindset with comfort operating in fast-paced, matrixed environments
Ability to build relationships and drive alignment across cross-functional teams
Proficiency with Microsoft Project, PowerPoint, Excel, and SharePoint

Preferred

Prior ETF or buy-side experience
PMP or other formal PM certification
Experience supporting high-visibility transformation or front-office initiatives
