Responsibilities

Design and implement enterprise-wide leadership frameworks that embed excellence into daily operations
Integrate leadership development across the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to succession planning
Link leadership outcomes directly to business results through rigorous measurement and accountability
Create personalized growth pathways that address strengths, gaps, and career readiness
Establish continuous learning programs with structured microlearning and coaching
Expand cross-functional exposure through rotations, stretch assignments, and enterprise projects
Implement AI-powered platforms that personalize learning for leaders at scale
Use predictive analytics to anticipate capability needs and succession risks
Deploy AI-enabled coaching and assessments for real-time performance acceleration
Define priorities, goals, and metrics to align initiatives with organizational strategy
Foster a culture of engagement, recognition, and purpose that retains top talent
Monitor and evaluate the impact of leadership initiatives on organizational outcomes

Required

Bachelor's degree or commensurate experience, Master's degree preferred in organizational development, business or related field
HR certification preferred
10+ years of progressive leadership in professional and leadership development
Proven success in designing enterprise-wide leadership systems with measurable business outcomes
Demonstrated expertise in AI-driven learning, predictive analytics, and workforce forecasting
Track record of building and leading high-performing teams in complex, growth-oriented organizations
Expertise in designing enterprise-level leadership and professional development strategies with measurable business impact
Advanced proficiency in leveraging AI platforms for personalized learning, predictive workforce analytics, and performance coaching at scale
Strong ability to integrate leadership systems across complex organizations, linking development outcomes directly to business transformation
Exceptional analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills
Expertise in content creation within Learning Management Systems (LMS) and authoring tools
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and related tools
Ability to pass a background check
Adhere to and comply with all confidentiality requirements
Responsible for having reliable High-Speed Cable or Fiber Optic Internet service and Internet Router in established home office
Must meet confidentiality requirements and pass mandated security, background, and credit checks
U.S. Citizenship with ability to obtain and maintain security clearance
Ability to travel locally and throughout the country if required
