LADD Inc. is dedicated to supporting individuals with developmental disabilities, and they are seeking a Housing Resource Coordinator. This role is responsible for assisting individuals in obtaining and maintaining stable, affordable housing while ensuring compliance with housing programs and promoting partnerships with landlords and community resources.

Responsibilities

Coordinate the completion of the HCV application and annual certification process

Build relationships between individuals, local housing services, support service or organizations, landlords, and members of the community

Provide the necessary guidance and support to individuals related to obtaining, using, and maintaining the housing subsidy

Commit to being part of a team that creates and sustains a diverse, inclusive, and equitable workplace culture

Assist with staff meetings

Ensure participants remain in good standing within housing programs by responding to special requests such as reports of change, reasonable accommodation requests, and other important request

Assist landlords with the RFTA processes when needed

Audit staff caseload files to ensure accuracy

Ensure documentation meets CMHA, HUD, and internal compliance standards

Regularly attend housing and landlord outreach events to strengthen housing partnerships and resources

Assist the Program Manager with housing-related issues and other needs as assigned

Correspond to general SOAR program inquiries

Run and review monthly KPI reports on housing stability, compliance timelines, and caseload activity
