Responsibilities
Lead design campaigns across print and digital, ensuring cohesive 360º creative execution for launches and key initiatives
Manage projects from concept to final delivery, incorporating cross-functional feedback and meeting deadlines
Collaborate with global teams to identify creative needs and provide design solutions
Partner with external agencies to support campaign execution and creative initiatives
Provide artistic direction for photo shoots and offer guidance in post-production
Mentor and manage a team of designers, fostering creativity and professional growth
Communicate design concepts effectively through visual comps, interactive prototypes, and other deliverables
Qualification
Required
Bachelors degree in Graphic Design or equivalent experience
Minimum 8 years of professional design experience
Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in typography, color, layout, and visual storytelling
Experience in fast-paced, high-output creative environments
Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Mac systems; familiarity with PowerPoint and collaboration tools a plus
Strategic, detail-oriented, and self-motivated, with excellent cross-functional collaboration skills
Preferred
People management and mentorship experience preferred
Knowledge of beauty, lifestyle, or luxury trends preferred
