Responsibilities

Own and lead AI system demos and technical presentations for state, SLED, and federal agencies post-RFP/RFI
Translate government RFP requirements into production-credible AI architectures and live demo environments
Design and build AI agent–based demo systems (conversational AI, orchestration, analytics, dashboards)
Serve as the single technical authority during evaluator meetings, demos, and Q&A
Architect solutions compliant with US-only data residency, security, and privacy requirements
Ensure ADA / WCAG 2.1 AA–compliant user experiences in all demo systems
Defend security, identity, AI governance, bias mitigation, and auditability with CIOs and CISOs
Whiteboard and explain cloud/hybrid architectures, integrations, scalability, and failover
Collaborate with engineering, UX, and sales to align demos with evaluation criteria and win strategy
Build reusable government-ready demo frameworks that increase RFP win rates

Required

10+ years of experience in solution architecture, AI engineering, or enterprise systems design
5+ years of direct experience supporting state, SLED, or federal government technology initiatives
Proven track record leading live technical demos and presentations for government evaluators
Hands-on experience designing and deploying conversational AI or agent-based systems
Strong background in API-based system integration and workflow orchestration
Experience with cloud and hybrid architectures (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
Demonstrated knowledge of government security and compliance requirements, including data residency and access controls
Working knowledge of identity and access management (SAML, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, MFA)
Familiarity with ADA and WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility standards
Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical and executive stakeholders
