Support Technician
VBeyond Corporation is seeking a Support Technician to develop and implement robust IT infrastructure solutions. The role involves maintenance and support of IT systems, troubleshooting complex technical issues, and collaborating with other IT professionals.

Responsibilities
Develop and implement robust IT infrastructure solutions including servers networks and storage systems
Perform regular maintenance and updates to IT systems troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and support endusers
Resolve complex technical issues escalated from Level 1 and Level 2 support teams providing expertlevel troubleshooting and problem resolution
Implement and manage security measures to protect IT infrastructure from cyber threats and ensure compliance with security policies
Work closely with other IT professionals including network engineers system administrators and security specialists to ensure seamless integration and operation of IT systems
Qualification
Required
Infrastructure cabling experience
Support of IP devices experience
3 to 5 years of demonstrable ‘hands-on' IT work experience supporting and resolving diverse PC desktop software and hardware issues
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Technology, Information Systems, CISMIS, Engineering or related technical discipline or equivalent experience/training
Must be willing to travel
