Manages building and grounds maintenance and ensures daily cash deposits

Required

Drive sales and customer acquisition for new and used John Deere and all-makes equipment, parts, and service, ensuring customers' needs are met and market share grows
Manage the full inside sales cycle from proposal through closing, achieving and exceeding sales targets
Manages equipment and attachment inventory
Ensuring accurate documentation and daily updates
Supports territory managers with pricing, sales coordination, and customer issue resolution
Oversee the rental program and ensure efficient store operations by interpreting policies and developing procedures
Manages building and grounds maintenance and ensures daily cash deposits

Preferred

Relevant degree preferred or equivalent experience in Engineering/Technology/Marketing
5+ years of experience in related equipment or equivalent education/experience combination
Proven sales and marketing skills, including complex problem-solving and application development
Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills; customer-focused with strong product knowledge
