Responsibilities
Own and manage the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial statements in accordance with US GAAP
Serve as a primary point of contact for external auditors, including audit preparation, and issue resolution
Support technical accounting research and documentation for complex GAAP matters
Maintain and improve internal controls, policies, and accounting procedures
Partner with FP&A, tax, and operations to ensure financial data integrity
Familiarity with NetSuite, Rippling, QuickBooks
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA strongly preferred)
5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including heavy close and audit exposure
Strong working knowledge of US GAAP and financial reporting standards
Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Public accounting (Big 4 or national firm) experience a plus
Familiarity with NetSuite, Rippling, QuickBooks
