Bilingual Human Resource Coordinator
Lippert is a leading global manufacturer and supplier dedicated to enhancing various industries. They are seeking a Bilingual Human Resource Coordinator to provide administrative support, assist with recruiting, and manage payroll processing functions.

Responsibilities
Process payroll for all Team Members; collect time card information, edit time cards, enter PTO, etc
Conduct New Hire Orientation
Coordinate and conduct benefit meetings with Team Members
Lead Wellness initiatives and plan Wellness activities
Maintain the Team Member Appreciation Budget
Coordinate Volunteer Events
Maintain Team recognition programs
Direct periodic communication to Team Members
Provide written communication to Team Members in a confidential manner
Maintain plant communication board
Provide assistance to plant management
Coordinate monthly plant meetings
Support the front desk
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 1 year of experience in office environment
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a role requiring strong computer skills (i.e. Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook)
Bilingual Spanish/English
Preferred
UKG experience helpful
